Before you install

1. Save your work and close every Microsoft Word window.
2. Download and run CiteMind-Word-Global-Addin-1.0.5.exe.
3. Verify the publisher in the Windows security prompt before allowing installation.
4. Open Word and select CiteMind Global on the ribbon.
5. Sign in with the email address for your international CiteMind account.

If the task pane cannot load, confirm that this computer can open https://global.cite-mind.com, then reopen the task pane.
